Returns & Refunds Policy

At Budi, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with every purchase you make. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward Returns & Refunds Policy to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in unused condition. This means the product should not have been worn, used, or altered in any way. It must also be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional materials that came with it.


We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested beyond this window may not be accepted. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase—such as your order number, receipt, or email confirmation—to process the return. Without it, we are unable to verify your transaction and approve the return.


 

 

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

While we want to offer flexibility, there are certain items that we are unable to accept for return due to hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons. These include:

 


  • Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way not due to our error
  • Gift cards, e-vouchers, or downloadable digital products
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team



Please ensure you contact us before returning any items, as unauthorized returns may be declined and not refunded.



 

3. How to Return an Item

 

If you’d like to return an item, the process is simple and customer-friendly. Start by contacting our customer service team at support@budiltd.com within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.


Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. It’s important to carefully package the product to avoid damage during transit.


As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We’ll then notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


Please Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your item arrives safely.


 


4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect to receive the refund within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.

 


Please keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is due to a mistake on our end, such as a defective product or incorrect item.


If your refund is taking longer than expected, we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card provider. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us at support@budiltd.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.


5. Exchanges

 

 


We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your product is faulty upon delivery, please email us with your order number and attach clear photos of the item and its packaging.

 


If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. At this time, we do not offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, color, or size preference.

 


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to inspect and securely pack every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.


When contacting us, be sure to include your order number and attach clear photos that show the issue. This helps us quickly verify the problem and take the appropriate action, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
