Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide, with most of our customers based in the UK, EU, and North America.
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Where do we ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse at Unit F2/F3, Charles House, Bridge Rd, Southall, UB2 4BD, London.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 2–4 business days
- EU: 4–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is shipped. You can use this link to track your order in real time.
Understanding Tracking Statuses
- Shipment info received: The shipping carrier has been notified and is awaiting your package from our warehouse.
- Processing facility / Airport: Your package is en route to your country.
- Clearing customs: Your package is being processed by local authorities.
- In transit locally: Your country’s postal service is handling final delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us atsupport@budiltd.com. We’ll investigate and support you with next steps.
Returns
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us first via email. Please note: we do not allow in-person returns or purchases at our warehouse.
